Thirty years in the business and still going strong Buddy Waisname and the Other Fellers delivered a performance like no other to a fully packed show at the Arts and Culture Center in St. Johns, NL which ended with a standing ovation from the audience.

Their show was made up of a mixture of new material and old favorites the audience was on the edge of their seats not knowing what to expect next. Not only are they funny but they have amazing musical talent at the same time.

Speaking to the group prior to the performance I had to ask the one question that is on everyones mind, where does it all come from? The inspiration they said comes from everyday life, from their own real life experiences, with a little exaggeration mixed in to make it entertaining, at the same time its jamming together with each other that gives them the inspiration on the fly.

You can see this from their performances that although its older material no one performance is the same for if one decides to change something the other goes with it, and it ends up becoming something entirely new and the audience loves it.
After 19 Cds, 3 DVDs, 6 Songbooks & now an illustrated book based on their song Chainsaw Earl this group show no signs of stopping.
“Were still having fun, I look forward to it every night” said Wayne, while Ray and Kevin agreed.
If laughter is the best medicine, these guys are the cure for what ales ya.
